Girls Get Strong Cycling is a coaching company that addresses the needs of female cyclists. We have a position available to work in front end sales. The ideal candidate will have the passion and determination to effectively onboard new athletes to our cycle coaching services.

About the Role

• You will conduct calls over video call with potential clients 

• You will be passionate about helping female cyclists make positive change.

• You will understand and believe in the benefits of cycle coaching

• You will be target driven and willing to take part in paid training to develop your ability to perform to an excellent standard within the role. 

• This is a work from home position in which you can do from anywhere in the world.

Requirements

• Hours are flexible, but you will have availability throughout the week to conduct video calls. 

• Be a cyclist and have an empathetic and understanding of the needs of female cyclists. 

• Sales experience is not required but you will need to demonstrate confidence in representing our services and guiding potential athletes to the best solution to their problems. 

• Be fluent in English 

• Have your own laptop with excellent internet connection.
