Cycle Guide 

Girls Get Strong Cycling is a coaching company that addresses the needs of female cyclists. Our guides roles are not to just guide a route, but help our clients become better cyclists, inspire them to achieve more a be a great team player. 

About the Role

  • The role is suited to someone with a positive, outgoing and fun attitude

  • The guide will be required to instruct, direct and inspire a group of riders during our camps in Mallorca. 

  • The guide will be required to assist with the organisation an daily maintenance of the clients bikes and the camp. 

  • The guide will educate, direct and inspire clients on how they can improve their cycling performance during their rides

  • The guide will lead the group ensuring they can balance the needs of the group in a calm and motivating manner.

  • The guide will have excellent navigational skills and knowledge of Mallorca's cycling culture

  • The guide will be required to assist with any mechanical issues during the rides

  • The guide will be required to apply basic first aid to clients. 

  • The guide will be a great team player and use their own initiative ensure the guests have a great time. 

  • The guide maybe required to complete driving duties.

Requirements

  • You will have experience in instructing others in a cycling environment

  • You will have excellent navigational skills and knowledge of the roads of Mallorca 

  • You will have a high level of fitness within cycling

  • You have a positive attitude and can adapt well to varied situations that respond to the needs of the clients . 

  • You will be proficient in bike mechanics. 

  • You will hold a valid first aid certificate.

  • You will hold a valid manual drivers licence - desirable

  • You will be fluent in English any Spanish is desired. 

  • You have the legal right to work in Spain as autonomo/self employed.
