Online Cycling Coach

Girls Get Strong Cycling is a coaching company that addresses the needs of female cyclists. We have a position available for a cycling coach that can help inspire and develop female cyclists to be the strongest versions of themselves.

About the Role

  • The coach will demonstrate an understanding of the current and ever changing challenges that female cyclists face, from a physiological, social and political perspective.

  • Update individual training plans that meet the goals of the cyclists you train, ensuring they are held accountable to you and that their training is manageable for their personal lifestyles.

  • The coach will also be required to interact with the cyclists to motivate and review their goals and ensure they are always moving forward.

  • The role will suit someone who enjoys programming, but also with the compassion to relate and adapt to the individual client.

  • The coach will receive continual professional development to ensure that they can be the best coach they can be.

  • This is a remote working position

  • This is a part time position that could lead to further responsibilities.

Requirements

  • You will hold an internationally recognised cycle coaching qualification*

  • You will hold an internationally recognised sports nutrition qualification (desirable)

  • You will have at least one years experience in coaching other cyclists. 

  • You will be familiar with using Training Peaks

  • Fluent in English

*If you don't hold a qualification please look into obtaining one with the Association of British Cycle Coaches. You can study from home, get the support you need and learn the principles required to deliver cycle coaching.
