Life is like riding a bike, to keep your balance you have to keep moving.
Use the same philosophy for your cycle training. At times it's easy to drop off and once you do it's harder to get back on track.
You don't have to go hard all the time. When things get tough on the road and you get to a hill, you slip down a gear to make things easier for yourself, but you try to keep moving to keep the momentum.
Same goes for actually getting out on the bike, if you don't feel you can get the big ride in you had planned, slip down a gear and get out even for an hour or so or on the trainer indoors.
When life feels crazy, find your balance! Keep cycling and keep sane!
