I’ll never be able to cycle that far
I’ll never be able to cycle as fast as them
I’ll don't have time

Write down your goals.
Write down what you need to achieve to get there.
Reward yourself when you reach certain milestones
In the morning, perhaps over a coffee tell yourself what you have achieved and remind yourself how you can do it.
