How to keep hydrated
Women want to aim to get 3 litres of water in a day. If you are cycling you will need more to replace the sweat that you loose. It's a lot about changing your habits and you will need to go to the bathroom more regularly when you increase your water intake, but it will stabilise if you stay consistent.
To get your water in try these strategies:
Drink a large glass of water when you wake up
Set your self drinking goals by filling up and refilling a bottle xxx times a day
Drink a glass of water as you go to bed
When out on the bike remind yourself to drink regularly, you can even set a timer
